Fattouch – Lebanon

Version Française

Fattouch, a very lebanese salad

A lot of lebanse specialities are made around a sour taste and this fattouch salad is not an exception. Very fresh and perfect to go with heavier preparations, the fattouch salad is one of my favorite recipe together with Mtabal… With 35 °C during the day, it’s most of the time easier to feel like a good and fresh salad more than a heavy meat dish… Even in the name of discovery !
