Ingredients : 

  • 50 g sliced beef
  • 1 kg soya sprouts
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 2 spring onions
  • Salt and sugar, as mush as you need to balance the salty effect of the fish sauce

Preparation : 

  • In a bowl, mix together the beef, the onion, fish sauce, black pepper and chili powder and leave it to marinate until ready
  • Meanwhile, in a hot pan, fry the soya sprouts until it’s ready : Cooked but still a bit crunchy, the idea is to keep the texture
  • When the soya is ready, add the meat, spices and marinade to the soya sprouts and mix it until the beef is ready
  • Add some sugar and salt depending on the taste you want. You can also add some chinese salt which is a taste enhancer but be careful with it as it’s not a healthy product at all
  • Slice the spring onions and add them raw at the end of the process
